Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

The three journalists, Mohammed Salah Kasta, Anas Ghneim and Abdul Raouf Shaat, were killed while traveling in a vehicle in the Al-Zahra area south of Gaza City.

According to information obtained, the journalists were working for an Egyptian aid organization and were on their way to document conditions at a new tent camp in Gaza City.

The Israeli army said the strike occurred after identifying “several suspects using a Hamas-linked drone” and that the incident is under investigation.

One of the journalists, Abdul Raouf Shaat, regularly contributed to the French news agency AFP. AFP said it was “deeply saddened” and called for a “comprehensive and transparent investigation.”

Press freedom group Reporters Without Borders says at least 29 Palestinian journalists were killed in Gaza between December 2024 and December 2025.

The total number of journalists killed in the war has reached 220, making it the deadliest conflict ever for journalists.
