Kallas: We are witnessing a new world order
Brussels, March 9 (Hibya) - European Union (EU) High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas stated that the world is entering a new period in which military powers are trying to establish spheres of influence in global politics.
European Union (EU) High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas made a statement regarding the changes in the international system and the increase in coercive policies.
Drawing attention to the transformation of the world order, Kallas said: "We are witnessing a new world order characterized by competition and coercive power politics, where military powers aim to establish spheres of influence. How we respond to this moment will define us."
Listing the fundamental conditions for success, Kallas stated: "The degree of our success will depend on how we perform in line with our priorities and how we secure international support."
